Ok, maybe this just isn't going to work out. This bad review is mostly due to the awful customer service I've received in trying to order this product. I usually hate it when people do this, but it's finally happened to me. This is the first time I've gotten terrible customer service on Amazon. This is what happened the first time I ordered this coat:
First try:
This coat is adorable. The quality is good. Not super heavy, but pretty warm and roomy enough cut for something warm underneath. I have to return it, as it is way too big. Surprising because it's junior's sizing. I'm not a junior, but I selected my size according to the size chart provided by Amazon. The size chart is WAY OFF. Very disappointing. It's obviously pinned back on the model in the photo. The cut is fuller than the way it looks in the photo. Still, it's darling and I'm going to try it in a smaller size.
Second try:
This time I ordered two, a size MEDIUM, AND a size LARGE. I received a coat that had a size MEDIUM hang tag, but the tag in the collar was size SMALL, and had been scribbled out with black marker. The other coat in this order of (2), had a size LARGE hang tag, but the tag in the collar was size XL and had been scribbled out with a black marker. I'm giving up. This is too much work. Disgusted with the hassle. I'm returning both. Is it too much to ask that they actually send the correct size and don't change the tags/labels in an effort to confuse people? That's sure what it seems like.

The title says it all. The item fits poorly and does not appear well made. To make matters worse, I am stuck with it due to the seller refusing to allow a return. The item was not worn or used. The seller's return policy that came on the receipt included with product does NOT state this particular item would not be returnable, however they have subsequently emailed me and "added" to their return policy that this type of item is not returnable.
I will NOT be doing any further business with this seller. Very disappointed in not only the quality of their products, but in their "added" return policy.

As you can probably see from the picture, this coat is adorable. I get tons of compliments whenever I wear it. However, it is not the greatest qaulity (it has no actual wool, the buttons are poorly sewn on). I live in a place where it gets very cold so I probably would not have bought this at such an expensive price. I got mine at Marshall's for about $50 and to me that seems like a reasonable price. Great fall coat!
